Shipping

Shipments go out as soon as possible, usually 3 days after the order is placed. All products are shipped from Massachusetts.  All orders are packaged and shipped by rareflowers. Shipping charges are automatically generated by Fourthwall. 

Delivery

You can expect your order to arrive about two weeks after it was placed. If you haven’t received your order after two weeks contact us at rhyzohmshop@gmail.com.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Cash App and PayPal. Checkout is managed by Fourthwall, payment information is secured and encrypted by Stripe. 

International Orders

We accept international orders from select countries. Payment methods may be limited and shipping estimates may be longer. 

Returns & Exchanges

We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.  If there are any issues with your order please reach out to rhyzohmshop@gmail.com and we will resolve them or issue a refund. 

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order please reach out to us as soon as you can at rhyzohmshop@gmail.com.  Fourthwall will also provide a confirmation email which should have a cancellation link.  If you would like to cancel your order and it has already shipped please contact us and we will resolve any issue.
